We met Mike by chance when we were looking at Sections for sale in Kinloch, he introduced himself and took us to his own house to show us build quality etc. we were impressed both by the build and by Mike himself - our kind of guy !! Following his advice we purchased a Section and as we were living in Spain at the time waiting for our residence visas for NZ, Mike suggested he build our house and use it as a Show Home until we came to live in NZ. All through the build communication was excellent, everything from building permits to heaps of photographs keeping us informed every step of the way. The house is truly awesome and exceeded ALL our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Bayline and Mike and certainly would use him again.

We met Mike at his show home on Anniversary weekend last year and had a look around the show home. We liked the features and quality of the build and really liked the country style of build. After talking with Mike we set up a meeting with himself and his architect, who listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions and on our next meeting we got a plan that we did not change!!

From the day the floor went down we have had absolutely no problems with Mike or his team, if anything Mike has already sorted out before you even knew about it. He is very professional and really has that passion to deliver to you a beautiful home and he treats your home like it is his own.

We have already had several people knocking on the door asking if they can have a look around and are very impressed by the quality of the build and the features, we cannot speak more highly of Mike and his team.

It has been such a wonderful experience that should we ever build again Mike will be the builder.
