Design

We take time with you at this crucial stage to ensure the design is right, providing concept and floor plans, and elevations as we design your dream home.
Build
We employ our own Registered Master Builders and apprentices rather than using contract builders. What’s the difference? They’re our team and they know what we expect for standards of workmanship. It gives us superior quality control. Any specialist trades we hire as subcontractors are trusted by us for standards of quality workmanship.
It also means if you have any question about the build, you deal with one person at one company: Mike, the owner of Bayline, who is with you at every stage.
